If you want to get the best out of RUFUS you should consider using it together with the professional training plans. They are available in our shop for download to and execution on RUFUS. All our training plans are developed by professional coaches and are tailored to specific training objectives as indicated by the icons below. There are two ways to access and use our training plans: by a single purchase or by a subscription.
A single purchase has the advantage that you possess the plan. You can use it any time. It will never expire. But you only have access to that single plan. If you do not find a training plan in our collection that suits your needs or objectives, we will create one for you within 48 hours. This will not cost you anything extra but a little patience. Also every training plan comes with a complimentary regeneration plan.
A subscription to our training plan collection gives you access not only to one but to a virtually infinite number of training plans. As long as you have a subscription you can access every training plan in our library and download it to your RUFUS. If you do not find a plan in our collection that suits your requirements, we will ask one of our affiliated coaches to create one especially for you within 48 hours. This service is free of cost for you.

With training plans in the category 5 km running you will continuously improve your endurance and soon reach your 5km goal line without overstraining yourself. Your long-term objective is to run a marathon? An intermediate milestone to this very ambitious goal is to run half the distance in a decent time. With the training plans developed in the category half marathon you can achieve this milestone within a few months of intensive and comprehensive running workout. The big challenge! You are an experienced runner and you want to participate in your first marathon or even better you ran a marathon already and you want to improve your performance? In order to train effectively and improve your fitness and performance it is highly important to also let your body rest and recover from the physical stress of your last race. In this category we provide a set of regeneration workouts for the above training goals to support this recovery process. If you buy a training program for a certain training goal you get a respective regeneration workout for free.
You are an energetic amateur athlete and you want to complement your training by regular running workouts to improve your basic endurance and performance? In the category General fitness we provide you with a collection or training plans dedicated to increasing your basic endurance, improving your race specific performance in your sport, and optimizing your regeneration.
